DOBA Lamp by Gud Conspiracy.

This DOBA lamp was designed by Paulo Neves and Alexandre Kumagai of Gud Conspiracy. Inspired by the traditional Portuguese “Dobadoura,” a tool used to wind skeins of wool, the DOBA lamp has a structure around which you can wind the cord.

Not only is this lamp totally cute and beautiful, I love it when products are photographed as beautifully as this one is.  It makes so much difference to the understanding and aesthetic of the product.  Anyway, awesome design – lovely and rustic with the splash of red in the cord & interior of the shade to catch your eye.
